State of Texas Contract DIR-TSO-4040

Acting by, and through, the Department of Information Resources (DIR), the State of Texas has established a contract with FivePoint Solutions to provide Court Case Management Software and Related Services to include; CaseWorX Case Management System, Conversion Services, Offsite Analysis and Configuration, Alert Notification Engine, Onsite Training, System Generated Documents, and Custom Report Development to the state government of Texas.

Example Project-based Pricing Methodology:

CaseWorx Court Case Management System costs are determined by type of License –

i.e. Initial Agency or Add-on Agency + customer-specific services x daily rate cost + any modules = project-based pricing.

This contract contains no Warranty or Refund Policy.

All Purchase Orders issued to this contract must have the DIR Contract Number DIR-TSO-4040 referenced.
